
I mars presenterade Siriol Joyner, som är årsresidenskonstnär på SITE, tillsammans med Alice Mackenzie doft- och textverket An Already Made Song på Skånes Dansteater under festivalen Reshuffling Relations. Duon medverkar även på välgörenhetsalbumet ECHOES, kurerat av Angélica Castelló och Boris Hauf, där alla intäkter går till Gaza Children’s Fund och HEAL Palestine. ECHOES på Bandcamp.
I april medverkade Siriol Joyner i Handheld av Sara Lindström Lindhe på Weld i Stockholm, och i juni framför hon Mette Edvardsens Time has fallen asleep in the afternoon sunshine på (O)utpost Flørli i Lysefjord (NO). Under Site/Specific Festival 11–13 juni visar hon även ett work in progress av sitt nya solo Libretto for the Future.
Som forskare presenterar Joyner artikeln ”Morfa Rhuddlan: Vi vill leva” på den 17:e NOFOD-konferensen Centre & Periphery: Dance, Identity & the Politics of Place i Reykjavík samt verket Mamiaith på Convocation III – A Gathering of Language-based Artistic Research i Wien i juli.

Siriol Joyner Performs And Researches
In March, Siriol Joyner, an annual artist-in-residence at SITE, presented the scent-and-text work An Already Made Song, together with Alice Mackenzie, at Skånes Dansteater during the Reshuffling Relations festival. The duo also participates in the charity album ECHOES, curated by Angélica Castelló and Boris Hauf, where all proceeds go to the Gaza Children’s Fund and HEAL Palestine. ECHOES on Bandcamp.
